Post Divorce Mediation
Over time it may become impossible or unreasonable to comply with aspects of the original terms of divorce. Post divorce mediation empowers divorced parties to resolve these issues. With the help a neutral mediator, divorced parties take control over their own situation and amicably resolve issues which have come up after the divorce was finalized.
5 Reasons to Consider Post Divorce Mediation
1. Cost- Post divorce modifications can be as costly as the initial divorce proceeding. the Parties who utilize mediation often save hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in attorney fees and cost.
2. Control- Mediation allows parties to decide what is best for their family.
3. Privacy- Private personal issues remain private and confidential.
4 Reduced Stress & Animosity- Mediation is always less stressful and acrimonious than litigation.
5. Time- issues are generally resolved much quicker through mediation than going through the court process.
